Exchange Guidelines

How much time does the buyer have to exchange the items?

  • The buyer has 7 working days from the day the product is received to contact us for product pick up.
  • Products must be returned intact with the labels, price tags and packaging in original state with proof of purchase (i.e. Santas Home invoice).
  • Santas Home has 7 working days to validate the reason of return and to inspect the product for exercising the exchange.
  • We will adjust the value of the purchase against or with your next purchase of the same or another product equal to or higher than the amount of the first purchase. Santas Home reserves the right to not accept the return for reimbursement of cash.
  • Santas Home reserves the right to refuse any exchange of the items that have been mishandled or are outside the warranty standards.
  • There will be an initial charge for the pickup of the products. Refer to rate card by area. In case the ordered product was wrongly delivered then Santas Home will absorb the cost of pick up of products.

If I change my mind, how much time do I have to exchange the items?

  • You have 7 working days from the day you received the ordered goods to exchange for the same value or higher. Applicable for one time exchange only per item.
  • There will be an additional charge if the pick of products is required. Refer to rate card by area.
  • Santas Home reserves the right to refuse any exchange of the items that have been mishandled or are outside the warranty standards.

If wrongly delivered, how much time do I have to exchange the item?

  • You have 7 working days from the day you receive the order to contact us if an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the purchase confirmation. We will exchange it, and deliver a new item to you within 7 working days after the company accepts the claim, free of charge.
  • There will be an initial charge for the pickup of the products. Refer to rate card by area. In case the ordered product was wrongly delivered then Santas Home will absorb the cost of pick up of products.
